It is a very well-known traditional family product(Janjevë/Janjevo sausage); it is also sought after in other cities, people even come to Janjevë/Janjevo for it. According to Ivan (the owner), the activity has been pursued for about 70-80 years, where his father and grandfather, who are no longer living, took over. Except for the restaurants located in the center, it is difficult to find anywhere else (it is not always found, sometimes there is a lack of it.
